
Elaine Elizabeth Riggin, 60, of Noblesville, died March 26, 2015 after a two-year battle against cancer. She was born to Rosemary Magray and John R. Riggin on February 7, 1955 in Indianapolis.
Elaine had a passion for knowledge and helping others. She earned a bachelor’s in biology from Marion University and later earned her MBA Cum Laude from Indiana Wesleyan University. She worked as a registered nurse for 30 years at Wishard Memorial Hospital and then St. Vincent Women’s Hospital. She later worked as a case manager for United Health before taking medical leave in 2013.
Elaine loved all things related to Disney, which likely inspired her life of whimsy, smiles, and laughter.
She is survived by her wife, Paula, her two children, Thomas and Elizabeth, her brother, David, along with countless friends and family members.
Elaine will be remembered fondly for much and deeply missed by many.
Services will be held on April 4, 2015 at Indiana Funeral Care, located 8151 Allisonville Road in Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon with a service beginning directly after.
